Deliveries
- Delivery time: as shown on each product page and in the order summary, in working days from payment confirmation.
- How it arrives: the mattress travels rolled and vacuum-packed in a box. It is delivered by a specialist carrier to the kerbside (ground floor), by appointment.
- Where we deliver: mainland France (including Corsica, possibly with a surcharge), mainland Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Sweden and the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands.
- When you receive it: check the box in front of the driver. If it is damaged, note this on the delivery slip and let us know within 3 working days, with photos, at info@outletsofadirect.fr.
Withdrawal and returns
If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the period runs from the last one.
Step 1 · Let us know
Before the period ends, tell us that you wish to withdraw in any of these ways:
- Using the online withdrawal form.
- By email to info@outletsofadirect.fr, giving your name, order number and the product.
- Using the model form on this page, by email or post.
We will confirm receipt by email and send you a return authorisation. Print it and stick it on the outside of the parcel where it can be seen: this helps us identify it at the warehouse and speeds up your refund.
Step 2 · Prepare the product
You may open the packaging and check the mattress as you would in a shop. To return it, protect it well (with its cover or plastic sheeting) so that it does not get dirty or damaged in transit. If it is returned with wear beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Step 3 · Send it back
Send the product within 14 days of telling us to: Outlet Sofa Direct · Calle Mistral, 1, nave amarilla nº 2, Polígono Industrial Los Vientos · 46119 Náquera (Valencia), Spain. Return costs are paid by you. Because of their size, a mattress or bed base cannot be sent by normal post: the costs depend on the product, its size and the country. In Spain and France they are usually between €20 and €150, and in the most expensive case (a bed base or large mattress from the most distant countries) they can reach €400. Before arranging collection we will tell you the exact cost, and if you prefer you can send it yourself with the carrier of your choice.
Step 4 · We refund your money
We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest of the day you told us you were withdrawing. We use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise, at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof that you have returned it, before making the refund. If you paid with Alma, the refund cancels any outstanding instalments.
After the 14 days: trial of up to 100 nights
Once the 14 days have passed, you can still return your mattress up to 100 days after delivery with our 100-night trial. Email us before that period ends. The mattress must be clean and undamaged, and return costs are paid by you. The full terms are in section 10 of our Terms and conditions of sale.
