Transport of your order

Mattresses are generally dispatched within 7-14 days of receipt of payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transportation. They apply to each item according to its price or weight.
It is important that when you place your order, you give as much detail as possible about your address and fill in all the mandatory fields.

Returns and after-sales service

Whatever the problem with your order, we invite you to contact us via our form or by using the following email address:

In the event of withdrawal, you have 100 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
First of all, we invite you to contact our team from your Customer Area so that your request can be taken into account.
A returns authorisation form will be sent to you so that you can complete it before sending it back to our customer service department and print a copy that you can stick to the outside of your parcel in a visible place before sending it to us at the address below.

Returns must be made without undue delay after validation.
Upon receipt, we will contact you to proceed with the reimbursement of your order. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for your purchase. Please note, however, that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Furthermore, any product that is not packaged or that has stains on it will be refused.
The refund will be made upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse.
ATTENTION: UPON RECEIPT, NO PARCEL WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF THE RETURNS AUTHORISATION.
