The customer has a period of 100 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of his order. When the 100-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

During this period, the customer can return, at his expense and without any other penalty, the product(s) that do not suit him. It should be noted that return costs may vary between 20 and 150 euros depending on the total weight, size, and region. The price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded within 30 days of the payment made by the customer, these sums being beyond this term bearing legal interest. The customer undertakes to be present during the agreed time slot with the transport company. In case of absence, redelivery costs will be borne by the customer. The customer also undertakes to check the conformity of the order and to accurately report on the delivery note the condition of the package and the product. Except for hidden defects, no claim will be accepted after receipt of the products if the customer has not followed the detailed procedure above.

OUTLETSOFADIRECT reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the proper routing of the products without prejudice to its right to recourse against any service provider involved.

However, OUTLETSOFADIRECT may exempt itself from all or part of its liability by providing evidence that the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is attributable either to the CUSTOMER or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable action of a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure. The customer must check the condition of the goods at the time of delivery, and if the received items correspond to the items ordered in the presence of the carrier before signing the delivery note. For example, the customer cannot make a claim to OUTLETSOFADIRECT after the carrier's departure and having signed the delivery note, even if the package has not been opened in the presence of the carrier. Other restrictions may be decided and communicated by OUTLETSOFADIRECT at the time of making the offer codes available and/or on the website in connection with the relevant products.

Codes provided or promoted by unauthorized third parties by OUTLETSOFADIRECT (including unauthorized third-party websites) will not be considered valid. The CUSTOMER is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered product.

Any claim regarding a shortage, defect, or non-conformity of the delivered goods is valid only if notified within 3 working days after the delivery of the goods in the case of apparent defects, by sending:

- Either a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to OUTLETSOFADIRECT.

- Or an email to the address info@outletsofadirect.fr

In the absence of a claim made within the aforementioned period, the delivered products will be deemed compliant and accepted by the CUSTOMER.

In case the delivered merchandise is not in accordance with the customer's initial order, the customer must make the item available for return, in its original or equivalent packaging, and must coordinate with the OUTLETSOFADIRECT customer service for a prior appointment with the carrier for the product return. OUTLETSOFADIRECT undertakes either to refund the customer within 30 days or to send the ordered item again.

The provisions of this article do not prevent the CUSTOMER from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6 above. Some products for sale may be subject to the manufacturer's conventional warranty. This warranty falls within the scope of the legal conformity warranty and the legal warranty against hidden defects.

In case of out of stock or impossibility for the manufacturer to repair the product, the CUSTOMER will be offered either a similar product or the refund of the initial product. Defects and damage caused by natural wear and tear or by an external accident (incorrect assembly, faulty maintenance, abnormal use, fire, water damage) or by a modification of the product not provided for or specified by OUTLETSOFADIRECT are excluded from the warranty.


Our mattresses and box springs are guaranteed for 2 years from the delivery date against any manufacturing defect, according to Articles 1641, 1642, and following of the Civil Code. OUTLETSOFADIRECT undertakes to repair or replace any product recognized as defective due to a manufacturing or material defect. Subject to articles 1 and 2 below, the materials as well as the top of the mattress are guaranteed, except for fabrics, knits, and threads.

1: Any deformation or sagging due to abnormal use of the mattress, any deterioration resulting from an accident, the use of force, any intentional damage, any finding of moisture or exposure to abnormal heat, and any intentional modification made to the mattress are excluded from the warranty.

2: The contractual warranty is also excluded for any mattress that does not rest on a new box spring corresponding to the mattress size or if it shows deformation; any mattress with urine, blood, or unknown stains will be excluded from the warranty.

All products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for 5 years (unless otherwise stated) as well as the motors of relaxation box springs which have only a 2-year warranty, from the date on the purchase invoice that OUTLETSOFADIRECT will send by email after the delivery of the order. The warranty covers all repair or replacement costs, and the transportation remains the responsibility of the customer. Some items also benefit from the satisfaction guarantee, exclusive to OUTLETSOFADIRECT.

The purchase invoice will be the warranty for the purchased products. In addition, in the order confirmation email, the customer will receive a warranty certificate that must be kept for possible claims. Interventions under the warranty cannot extend its duration. Under this warranty, the only obligation of OUTLETSOFADIRECT will be, in its judgment, either the free replacement of the product with an identical or equivalent range product if the product is no longer manufactured, or the repair of the product or the defective element recognized by its services. OUTLETSOFADIRECT reserves the right not to take back the merchandise to be replaced. The replacement of a non-compliant product does not extend the warranty period.

Exclusions: Any claim whose delivery address does not correspond to that of the order will be excluded from the warranty unless the customer bears the cost of transporting the goods to the initial delivery address specified in the order. Defects and damage caused by natural wear and tear or by an external accident (incorrect assembly, faulty maintenance, abnormal use, fire, water damage, etc.), or by a modification of the product not provided for or specified by the seller, are excluded from the warranty.

Similarly, the handles and seams of mattresses are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover cases where an apparent defect at the time of receipt of the goods has not been declared by the consumer under the conditions stated in this document.

A difference not exceeding 3 centimeters for bedding may be observed between the announced dimensions and those observed on the products. The thickness of a mattress is understood as the distance between its two faces, measured at the center.

In the event of the appearance of mold stains on the mattress, the warranty will only cover the first 6 months from the date of receipt. Indeed, if it were due to a manufacturing defect, these stains would appear within 15 days or a month. A moisture stain that forms after two months, for example, may be due to several factors, such as staying in a humid or poorly ventilated room, excessive perspiration of the sleeper, or improper use of the mattress.

All mattresses resting on a non-compliant or inadequate box spring will be excluded from the warranty. Mattresses made of materials such as latex or memory foam cannot be placed on varnished or melamine surfaces, as this type of surface promotes the appearance of mold stains.

It is recommended to place latex or memory foam mattresses on upholstered box springs. For any other surface type such as tatamis, etc., the customer must be vigilant regarding mattress ventilation, as this type of box spring does not promote good ventilation, which can cause moisture stains. Also, do not place the mattress on a spring box, as the warranty would be automatically voided.

The seller provides a 5-year warranty on all mattresses. Warranties for mattresses do not apply to:

• Damages caused by external influences such as cuts, burns, tears, liquids or stains, bumps, or damage to the foam that occur despite correct and appropriate use. The seller also offers a 2-year warranty on the entire mattress, including the cover and zippers.

• For products that have not been sold by an official reseller.

• For products that have not been sold as new.

• For abnormal wear resulting from the improper use of the product.

• For products that have undergone modifications and/or do not use the original parts of the product.

Special warranty conditions for pillows

The seller provides a 2-year warranty on all pillows.

Warranties for pillows do not apply:

• In case of return/exchange due to personal comfort preferences.

• Damages caused by external influences such as cuts, burns, tears, liquids, or stains.

• For pillows that have not been sold by an official reseller.

• For pillows that have not been sold as new.

• For normal wear resulting from the intended use of the pillows.

Special warranty conditions for mattress toppers

The seller offers a 2-year warranty on mattress toppers.

Warranties for mattress toppers do not apply:

• In case of return/exchange due to personal comfort preferences.

• Damages caused by external influences such as cuts, burns, tears, liquids, or stains.

• For mattress toppers that have not been sold by an official reseller.

• For mattress toppers that have not been sold as new.

• For normal wear resulting from the intended use of mattress toppers.

Mattress firmness level. Latex and memory foam mattresses may experience fluctuations in their firmness, depending on the materials used during the manufacturing process. If the customer has purchased two mattresses of the same model simultaneously, slight differences in firmness may be appreciated between the two items due to the manufacturing process. For mattresses containing memory foam material in their cores or fillings, if you receive the mattress in winter, it may initially seem very firm as the mattress has been stored and transported at low temperatures. To determine the exact firmness level, the mattress should be placed in a room between 22º and 24º degrees. The mattress adaptation may take several days, although the initial firmness will decrease considerably during the first few hours. It should be noted that in colder rooms, the mattress will be firmer, and in warmer rooms, it will be perceived as softer.

It should be noted that the adaptation phase to the shape of your body may cause slight compression of the filling materials (less than or equal to 20 mm or 2 cm), a loss of firmness (less than 18% of the initial hardness), a loss of mattress height (less than 15%). In any case, the warranty will apply from a loss of height of more than 20 mm (2 cm) measured with a ruler and at the highest point of an unsewn surface of the mattress. Mattresses with a honeycomb core may show a slight variation in dimensions due to the flexible nature of the material. This adaptation is normal. Odors. Mattresses may emit odors once unpacked. This is due to their plastic packaging and will in no case be harmful to health. They will disappear a few weeks after unpacking.

In case of disagreement, the CLIENT must, to invoke this warranty, send the product to BORRELLO TRADING at their own expense, taking care to include the original invoice. This warranty will be invalidated in the event of damage caused by: Transport, accidents, improper use, and other damages not due to the normal use of the product by the customer after the delivery of the goods. This warranty covers only damages during transport incurred before receiving the material.

Transporting the product without the original packaging, burns, cuts, rubbing, wrinkles, marks, scratches, or other damages caused by animals or improper use of the product. Use or contact with chemicals (acids, solvents, dyes), paint, ammonia, lacquers, or other salon products ...), treatment with cleaning products not indicated for the specific upholstery of the guaranteed product. For the maintenance of coatings, pay special attention to the manufacturer's cleaning and maintenance instructions. Deterioration of color due to exposure of the product to the action of sunlight or other heat sources. A minimum separation of 60 cm is recommended, depending on the power of said source, and in no case will the product be exposed directly to sunlight.


Information and data concerning the CLIENT are necessary for the management of their order and the existing commercial relations with OUTLETSOFADIRECT. They may be transmitted to companies contributing to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing, and payment.
